What can be said about anxiety and depression that hasn’t been said already? Probably nothing. There is no shortage of people writing and talking about mental health issues these days. What was once considered taboo is now cliche.
Nonetheless, it helps me to write about my day-to-day dealings with anxiety disorder, and I hope you find it interesting, humorous and maybe even useful too.
